The club will include special commentary videos, etc. The day the club opens depends on your provider (au, docomo, etc.)
I believe if you ordered the BEST SCANDAL CD, a pamphlet like this should have been included. :O

I think SCANDAL might open it up internationally IF the entire world's cellphone companies become as good as Japan's. Japanese cellphones are incredibly good compared to the rest of the world. They have cellphone coupons, the little "black box," train tickets, airplane tickets, etc. They also have HD cameras/video on their cellphones as well as solar phones (You can recharge them in the sun!).
